About the Business

Born from the merger of CleanFleet and Glostone, Gradient brings decades of expertise in compliance and safety under one unified brand — helping transportation businesses navigate complex regulations and protect their people.

Following the merger, Gradient needed a website that introduced their new identity while building trust with longtime customers. With the brand story and visual direction in place, I partnered with the team to develop messaging and write copy for their full site — including mode-specific landing pages, physical exam and specimen collection workflows, and compliance service overviews.

The tone needed to strike a delicate balance: clear, reassuring, and grounded in expertise, but with a subtle sense of strength and heroism. Together, we built a voice that framed compliance not as a burden, but as a forcefield of protection.

WEBSITE CONTENT

To bring Gradient’s impact to life, I developed case studies that showed how their approach plays out in real-world settings — whether that meant helping a multi-state employer navigate DOT drug testing requirements, or supporting a small business through a complex audit.

Each story was framed around the bigger “why”: safer roads, protected workers, and peace of mind for business owners. My role was to extract the human stakes behind the technical work, highlighting Gradient’s role not just as a vendor, but as a long-term partner in safety and success.
